WHO WE ARE
Northern Indiana Anodize started the way a lot of good things in Fort Wayne do: with a field, a plan, and a group of people willing to work hard and figure out the rest. Seven years later, that field is home to an aluminum anodizing company finishing parts for manufacturers across the country, and many of those original people are still here. Here’s how it happened.

Plenty of our first hires had never seen an anodizing line. Several started in general labor and now run our floor as supervisors. Seven years in, it’s still the same team, just a lot bigger.

Our first three expansions each filled a gap, whether it was floor space or a new service. Our fourth is different. It’s happening because our customers asked for it.
We’re investing $4 million in new equipment that will increase our production capacity by 40 to 50 percent and create about 30 new jobs here in Fort Wayne. Along with the new equipment, we’re adding more automation and building systems designed to grow alongside our customers.
For you, that means shorter lead times and a partner with room to take on more of your work. Some customers are already bringing us jobs they used to split among several finishers.
